- 8:30 : For customers who have made a reservation to use the shuttle transfer service (book in the next step with an additional fee) between Hanoi and Halong Bay, a limousine will pick you up in the middle of the Hanoi Old Quarter.
- At 11:30 , check-in procedures for the Orchid Cruises Halong Bay will be conducted in the lounge upon arrival at the Tuan Chau Cruise Port.
- While you wait for the departure time to board the boat, the welcome drink is available for you to relish.
- To kick off your journey, make yourself at home in the cozy ambiance of the ship's restaurant, where refreshing drinks are readily available.
